What We offer
FLOOR COVERING REMOVAL
We are capable of removing a variety of flooring materials from concrete substrates with hi-tech equipment. We have removed glued down carpeting, VCT, and hardwood parquet from hospitals, nursing homes, schools and large department stores during regular working hours. In addition to the flooring, a large majority of the glue residue is also removed. Our scrapers are battery or propane powered, which, along with our procedures, save a tremendous amount of time and labor. We are familiar with the operation procedures of commercial and institutional facilities and conduct ourselves accordingly.

SHOT BLASTING
To prepare concrete floors for floor coating application we use a technique called shot blasting. We use top of the line, environmentally friendly Blastrac equipment which uses mechanically propelled steel shot to simultaneously strip and clean the concrete. This method eliminates dust and quickens drying times. You will agree that is an essential step if you want to insure the success of coating adhesion.
After shot blasting, we can also offer detailed edge work that will clear the perimeter of the floor slab using vacuum equipped grinding equipment.
